Learning Cracking [OllyDbg]

Some time ago, while I was on holiday, I got interested in learning what’s called a low-level language, namely assembly. It started with buying the book “Perancangan Sistem Operasi” written by Mr. Budi Halus Santoso, which was quite helpful for me in learning the basics of assembly language. But rather than building applications, taking applications apart is more fun.

Well, after some trial and error, I finally managed to crack the Crack Challenge application at the very easy level. Here is the application http://adf.ly/9jyz5. To crack the application, you need the OllyDbg program (www.ollydbg.de). A highly recommended program for this. Besides OllyDbg, there are still many others like IDA, WinDisasm, etc.
