I’m really annoyed by how overprotective ISPs are these days. Every other site gets blocked, and both harmful content and content that contains proxies also get blocked.

You can open it using a proxy. There are many free proxy on the internet. But if it gets blocked right when you want to open it, it’s all the same. There are also good open-source tools, called TOR (The Onion Router). This tool will help you hide your identity on the internet.

For Windows, I recommend using Advanced TOR.

For Android users, you can use Orbot on Google play.
