Welcome Raring Ringtail - Ubuntu 13.04

Welcome to the new version of Ubuntu 13.04 with the codename Raring Ringtail. Last night (25/04/2013) I was reading the news, and it turned out to be true that Ubuntu 13.04 has been officially released at Ubuntu.com. Earlier today, after downloading it from the campus site iso.ukdw.ac.id, I tried installing it. The noticeable difference is the new icons in the quick launch on the side of the display. The kernel is also new, version 3.8.0-19, while its desktop environment (DE) version uses UNITY 7.0.0.
